A three-year-old Palestinian girl has been killed in an Israeli strike on the Gaza Strip, doctors say.
The attack came hours after an Israeli civilian was shot dead by a Gazan sniper while working on the border fence.
According to reports, Israeli shells hit the east of Maghazi refugee camp later in the central Gaza Strip.
The girl's mother and two of her brothers were wounded in the attack, reports say.
There are also reports of Israeli war planes targeting a Hamas training base in southern Gaza. There were no immediate reports of casualties.
